What to include

If you are writing about an order, the order number on its own is enough for us to find everything. If it arrived damaged or incorrect, attach one photograph and we can settle it straight away. How we make it right sets out what happens next.

Complaints

The same addresses, always open. We keep a record of every complaint until it is closed and we tell you the outcome either way. If we cannot settle something between us, you can raise it with the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Economy's consumer protection channels.
