Mumenaya Commerce LLC ("Veya", "we"), a New Mexico limited liability company is the controller of the personal data you give us.

We collect what an order needs and nothing beyond it: your name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and the record of what you bought. We never see or store your full card number — payment is handled by our payment provider, and only the result reaches us.

We use that data to take payment, pack and deliver your order, answer you when you write, and meet the record-keeping duties placed on us. Where we send you marketing email, it is because you asked us to, and every message carries a one-click way to stop.

We share data with the parties who make an order happen — our payment provider, the warehouse that packs your order, our courier, and the platform this store runs on — and with no one else. We do not sell personal data and we do not trade it for anything.

Where your data goes. Your order is fulfilled in the Emirates, and we are a United States company, so your data is processed in both. Because we offer goods to people in the United Arab Emirates, Federal Decree-Law 45/2021 applies to us regardless of where we are established, and we rely on the transfer conditions it sets out. We require every recipient to protect your data to the same standard we do.

Under Federal Decree-Law 45/2021 you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy in portable form. Write to mumenayacommercellc45@gmail.com and we will answer within one working day and act within the period the law allows. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.

We keep order records for as long as tax and commercial law requires, and no longer.
