Most supplements hide behind the phrase proprietary blend. It sounds like protection. Usually it means the amounts are too small to admit to.

Ginger
Zingiber officinale
The centre of the formula, and the ingredient with the strongest body of evidence behind it. Women across this region have used it for generations for digestion, and for the trapped-air feeling that follows a heavy meal.
Dandelion
Taraxacum officinale
Associated with the body's natural fluid balance. Most products that mention dandelion never say which part of the plant went in, and we would rather print the part than leave it to the reader to assume.
Fennel
Foeniculum vulgare
A calm-belly herb your grandmother would recognise, and part of why this formula is gentle rather than aggressive.
Vitamin B6
Contributes to normal energy metabolism. That is the only formally approved claim we hold, and we would rather tell you exactly that than imply anything larger.
Potassium citrate
Supports normal fluid and electrolyte balance. A mineral salt, despite the name. No citrus involved.
The base: vegan pectin
No gelatin. Not now, not later. That is not a formulation detail. It is the reason a great many women can take this at all.
What is not in it
No maltitol. No sorbitol. Both are sugar alcohols known to cause the exact bloating this product is meant to settle. Putting them into a de-bloat gummy ought to be unthinkable, and a surprising number of products do it anyway.
No proprietary blends. No senna either, and nothing else that works by forcing the issue.
Where the amounts are printed
Every amount is on the jar, in the panel on the back, next to the allergen declaration. Where an active is an extract rather than a plain powder we state the ratio as well, because without it a figure on a label can mean almost anything.
Two gummies each morning, with water. That is the entire ritual.
