Here is what that means in practice. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all, you choose what happens next: a free replacement or a full refund, nothing sent back, nothing deducted. Cancel within six hours of ordering and we stop it and refund you in full. On a two or three-jar order, any jar still sealed can come back within fourteen days. A change of mind once a jar is opened is the one thing we do not refund, because a jar sealed at the factory cannot be restored to the condition it left in. We would rather tell you that in a headline than in fine print.
The four pillars
- The Authenticity Promise. What is on the label is what is in the jar. Every ingredient named, and nothing hidden behind the words "proprietary blend".
- Safe Arrival. Damaged, incorrect, or never delivered: you choose a free replacement or a full refund. Nothing is ever sent back, and there are no fees of any kind. How we make it right sets out every case.
- Zero Lock-In. Veya is bought once. Nothing renews and nothing signs you up, and an order can be cancelled within six hours of being placed.
- Month-One Human. In your first month, anything you write to us is answered by someone who works on Veya.
The honest questions
Why is a change of mind not refunded once a jar is opened? Because a jar sealed at the factory cannot be restored to the condition it left in, so it cannot go back into stock or on to another woman. On a two or three-jar order, any jar still sealed can come back within fourteen days. We keep the price honest instead. None of this limits your statutory rights: for anything faulty, unsafe or not as described, the law decides rather than this page.
What if it arrives damaged, wrong, or not at all? You choose, and it is a free replacement or a full refund, nothing sent back, no fees. One photograph within 48 hours is the quick route, and missing it does not remove your rights. Read the detail.
Can I stop an order after placing it? Within six hours of placing it, yes: tell us and we will stop it and refund you in full, with nothing deducted. After six hours it has entered fulfilment and we cannot pull it back, and we will tell you honestly which of the two it is.
What if a fault appears later? If a fault appears within thirty days of delivery, obvious or hidden, the same choice is yours. That is the window UAE law gives you and we do not shorten it.
Will it work for me? Results vary from person to person. Veya is not medicine, and anyone promising you a number on a scale in a number of days is not telling you the truth. Give it a consistent month.
Is it really halal and vegan? A vegan pectin base, with no gelatin, ever.

لا حِيَل عند الدخول، ولا فخاخ عند الخروج.
إذا وصل طلبكِ متضررًا أو خاطئًا أو لم يصل، فالخيار لكِ: بديل مجاني أو استرداد كامل للمبلغ، دون إرجاع أي شيء، ودون أي رسوم مهما كانت. ويمكن إلغاء الطلب خلال ست ساعات من تقديمه مع استرداد كامل.
