3. Our product
Veya De-Bloat & Lightness Gummies are a food supplement, not a medicine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Follow the directions on the jar. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical care, ask your doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and sun. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
4. Orders
After you pay, we email you a dated electronic invoice in Arabic and English. It shows our name, address and contact details, the product, quantity, price in AED and the estimated delivery time. Your order is accepted, and the contract between us is formed, when we send it.
If a price was shown in error, we contact you before dispatch: you can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
If part of your order is out of stock, we tell you before we dispatch. You can cancel the whole order for a full refund. Otherwise we send what we have and refund the missing jars straight away, at the per-jar price you paid.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). You pay at checkout by debit or credit card, or Apple Pay. We never add a fee for paying by card. There is no cash on delivery and no subscription, so we never charge you again automatically. One discount code per order.
6. Delivery
Free to addresses in the UAE, in an estimated 2–5 working days from dispatch. See our Shipping policy.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel free within 6 hours of placing your order by emailing info@veyalight.com. We go by the time your message reaches us, not the time we reply. After that, orders cannot be cancelled, except where the law allows it, for example if we deliver late. Returns and refunds follow our Refund policy, which is part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
The Veya name, logo, photos and text belong to Mumenaya Commerce LLC. Please do not reuse them without our permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it.
10. Law and disputes
UAE law governs these terms, and disputes go to the competent UAE courts. There is no arbitration. Nothing here reduces your rights under UAE consumer protection law. For a complaint, contact us first, or contact the UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism or the consumer protection department in your emirate.
11. Language and changes
These terms are in English and Arabic. If the two versions differ, the English version applies, unless UAE law requires otherwise. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
